Because of this personalized nature, our services cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. Once the analysis process has begun, the numerologist invests significant time and spiritual focus into preparing your results — which makes the work non-refundable in most cases.
However, we also understand that life situations vary and that technical or communication errors can happen. That’s why our team always reviews refund requests with empathy and a genuine desire to resolve them fairly.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
- The client requests cancellation before the numerological analysis or consultation process has started (within 12 hours of placing the order).

Significant re-analysis or additional calculations (for example, when new data is provided) may require a small service fee.

4. Delivery and Non-Returnable Format
All RizzoNLife services are delivered digitally via email or secure download links. Some services may include live consultations through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
Since we do not ship physical goods, returns are not applicable.
Digital materials (reports, charts, video or audio explanations) cannot be “returned” or “recalled” once they are delivered — which is why refund eligibility focuses on the pre-work and communication stage.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling (for Live Consultations)
If you have booked a live session and need to change your appointment time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled later than that may be rescheduled once, but not refunded.
